Mindy

Mindy is our current Director of Operations, and she has worked with Arizona Facial Plastics in many different capacities over the past few years but joined the practice as a full-time manager in February of 2022.  Mindy has been in the healthcare practice management field, specifically focused on clinical operations and finance, for 17 years. Most of her industry experience and her passion has been in the plastic surgery/med spa industry; however, she has also worked in a variety of other primary care and specialty surgical practices and considers herself  fairly well rounded.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, mixology, happy hours with friends, concert-going and, most importantly, spending time with her amazing husband, darling daughter, and two fur-baby friends.  Her favorite thing about being a part of the Arizona Facial Plastics family is getting to work with really amazing providers, incredible co-workers, and the best patients on the planet.
